Shipping policy
Our company sells products exclusively within Georgia. Products displayed on www.ELICA-GEORGIA.GE can only be purchased using a Georgian bank card.
Please note that LLC Zigi (Company ID: 404491821) does not sell products or provide shipping services outside the territory of Georgia.
When purchasing a product from LLC Zigi through our website, customers may choose one of the following delivery options:

In-store pickup from one of our branches; or
-
Courier delivery.
How to Place an Order
To use our service:

Add your desired product to the shopping cart.

During checkout, select either:

Store Pickup, or
-
Courier Delivery.

Delivery throughout Tbilisi and the regions of Georgia takes 1–5 business days.

The courier fee is paid directly to the courier upon delivery.
Upon receiving your order, please carefully inspect the products before accepting them. By signing the delivery receipt or confirming receipt using the unique verification code provided by the courier service, you acknowledge that you have received and inspected the product and that it has no visible external defects.
Returns Policy
Except where otherwise provided by the legislation of Georgia or by this Policy, customers have the right to withdraw from a distance or off-premises contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.
Products may be returned in one of the following ways:

The customer may personally return the item to one of our branches; or
-
The customer may use a courier service, in which case the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs directly to the courier.
Return Period
The 14-day return period begins:

For standard purchase agreements: from the date the customer, or a third party designated by the customer (other than the carrier), takes possession of the goods.

For orders delivered in multiple shipments: from the date the customer, or a designated third party (other than the carrier), receives the final item.

For contracts involving regular delivery of goods: from the date the customer, or a designated third party (other than the carrier), receives the first delivery.
Return Conditions
A return will not be accepted if:

The product has any physical damage or signs of misuse.

The original packaging or manufacturer's box has been damaged (opening the box solely to inspect the product is not considered damage).

The product's identification label or serial number has been removed or altered.
Returned products remain the customer's responsibility until they are received at our warehouse. The customer is responsible for any damage that occurs during the return shipment.
Please ensure that returned products are packaged securely to prevent damage to both the product and its packaging, as any damage may reduce the product's value.
We recommend keeping all shipping receipts, tracking numbers, and postal documentation as proof that the item has been returned.
If you receive a damaged product in an undamaged package, or if you receive the wrong item, please take photographs showing the damage and/or incorrect product and contact us at:
